General annual meeting of the CERN Table Tennis Club

Submitted by revol on

The annual meeting will take place on Thursday March 27, from 12:00 to 13:30 in room 14/5-022

The club must hold one general meeting each year, as this is imposed by the CCC, so that we may receive subsidies.

All members are invited and you are strongly encouraged to come and sign your name on the presence list, as this is helping the Club. If you are not yet a member you are also invited, so that you will get an idea of what the club can offer.

I hope to see you all next Thursday
